Been gaming a compete Titleist bag since 2013.

My new irons have have helped me drop my index by 5 points this year.. I think being retired after 40 years in Automotive Electronics as also be a positive contributor.

  9. Curious to know if anyone else has a similar experience as me, in that I was a lifelong former teaching pro that was all Titleist, but tried other stuff and found success. I was top to bottom TT, and carried this:
    TSi3 driver
    TS2 fairway (3&5)
818H2 hybrids (x2, still game them)
    MB irons (3-PW)
SM9 wedges (x3, still game them)
    Cameron Newport 2

But then, tried a few different products. I don’t have any intention of swaying anyone, but curious if there is an open mind to trying other things, or if it’s a “all or nothing” thing? I can provide some comparative info and share what I have now if anyone is interested.
    Thanks guys!!

I made the jump from a super-forgiving set into the T150s. As a beginner, a lot of people told me not to switch into a more “player-style” iron because of the learning curve, but I wanted something that gives real feedback, even when the strike is bad. That feedback has honestly helped me improve faster overall.

I’m not obsessing over results right now as much as I’m focused on what I’m practicing and building good patterns. I’ve been getting better every session, and switching to the T150s has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.
