Free Standard Shipping is applied to all qualifying orders that exceed $149.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) from Titleist, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund NEW, UNUSED, and UNALTERED merchandise with all labels and tags attached within 30 days of original purchase date. Items must be returned in 100% resalable condition. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

Only items purchased on titleist.com.au (AUS) with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns.

Instructions

  1. Begin collecting all your order information, you will need your original order number to book in your return.
  2. To start your return visit https://return.auspost.com.au/Titleist
  3. If using your original shipping box for packaging your return, please remove any shipping labels. Please note the tracking number so you have it for reference to track your return. 
  4. Please allow 14 business days for the receipt and processing of your return. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed.
  5. If return form is included in your shipment, please complete the form by indicating the items being returned and the reason for each returned item.

Please note: Shipments must be shipped from inside Australia in order to be eligible for the free return shipping. If you do not use the shipping label provided, then mail the package via to the address below via a means that is more accessible to you. The package must be returned using an insured method. We are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries. Please note that Titleist is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

We are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 30 days of original purchase date. Please see our Return Policy above.
