Great to hear you got a fitting and have found the new tools for your bag ! I share your frustration with people who do not reach out to cancel a reservation when we all know these are very sought after opportunities. I am hoping however that those that missed their appointments were merely forgetful, and not unable to attend due to some significant life event that consumed their full attention !
