The finish will wear over time and gradually rust as well. The rust ill depend on how well the clubs are maintained and stored in a dry place.

Educated guess since they are new but I have never seen any finish that does not change over time. Some are more dramatic than others like the "raw" finish designed to rust. Any wedge will rust, including tour chrome if you leave it wet, expose it to salt, fertilizer, or other chemicals. I would expect these new copper finished to wear very similar to the black. Turf and ball interaction points will wear first and those worn, exposed areas will then act much like a raw finish. They do look pretty sweet!

Thanks everyone. I went with satin finish. Based on tge fitters bag it seemed to wear a little better than brushed steel and black. I’m not a big fan of the rust look so that probably is what’s driving my decision.

I had a set of png Eye 2+ in the late 90's-early 200s. The copper finish will definitely darken over time, sort of like a penny, that starts out bright and dulls as it ages.

I still have my set of copper Eye 2’s. Difference here is they are made of copper and these Vokey’s are steel with a copper color finish. My guess is, since not really copper, will probably react differently with age.
