I don't think I can assist in identifying the original headcover for this particular model, but I just wanted to share something I have found pretty useful in locating equipment...that is, if you happen to be trying to find a headcover...

If you have a cell phone there are several buy/sell apps that I have found to have hidden gems. There is the Poshmark App; mainly centered around clothing, but I have found some killer deals on Titleist caps and accessories as well as seeing numerous Scotty Cameron headcovers listed.

There is Mercari, which is very similar to Poshmark but extends beyond simply clothing and accessories, same deal here, numerous Scotty Cameron items including headcovers, caps, bags, etc as well as Titleist items.

SidelineSwap is a buy/sell app centered around sports and sporting goods. Same thing here in regards to SC and Titleist items.

If you don't happen to have a smartphone all of these apps have full-on websites also.

Anyway, I'm sorry I can't help in identifying the original headcover that would have come with that putter. I am sure someone more knowledgeable than me can answer that for you...but what I have noticed with SC putters is the dozens upon dozens upon dozens of custom, special issue, limited edition and after market putter headcovers so you really could throw on whatever you like. I've seen some really nice SC headcovers out there, surely there is one that you will like.

Another option that may interest you; if you join the Cameron Club through the SC website, pay the (I believe) $100 annual membership fee, you will be gifted with a nice backpack, putter headcover and other small items. The color scheme, in my opinion, is really nice too. You also get early access to limited editions and such.

That’s the correct match. If you look in the archive section on the Scotty website, there is almost always a photo of the cover for each model.

If you have not already, try checking Cameron Custom Shop, they can get the original headcover when they authnticate or refinish a putter. You may be able to purchase one from them https://www.scottycameron.com/

There are a couple of headcovers on scottycameron.com that would work for that putter.

Looks like Alex posted the picture of the original headcover but any Mid Mallet cover will fit that. There are nice ones that Scotty has put out over the years. Happy hunting
