Titleist does not sell replacement parts. Only current bags under warranty would be replaced. They normally would require the old bag back so their quality inspectors can evaluate for future improvements or defects. I had to do this once for a defective zipper. The bag was 9 months old. Just took it back to the store and they contacted Titleist, mailed the old one back and gave me the new one. If they are older bags that have just worn out due to use or environmental conditions, there is likely no alternative except for you to find parts that someone might be selling on eBay.
