    I have a 2015 model 9.5 inch staff bag and had it personalised with something I now regret.... can I buy a blank one???

    Oh Andy! I hope they can find a way to accommodate or assist. If not, perhaps see an embroidery shop to see if they can help. I guess it's kind of like a bad tattoo ... seemed like a good idea at the time, but at a later date, one that you come to regret and say to yourself "what was I thinking????" :-)

    You can call customer service and ask, but do not think they sell blanks. I tried to get one for my custom bag and was told no.

    I'm curious as well (both about why the regret and if a blank can be ordered).
