PGA TOUR | U.S. Open
- Facing one of the game's toughest tests, on a course that demanded all of the shots, Wyndham Clark relied on his Pro V1x golf ball to win his second U.S. Open Championship, gaining nearly 8 ½ shots on the field tee to green at Shinnecock Hills.
- Of his +8.444 strokes gained tee to green, 71% of them were on approach shots (+3.235) and around the green (+2.742).
- He also finished third in Scrambling, getting up-and-down on 16 of 24 attempts around Shinny's treacherous greens.
- Clark opened with the tournament’s best round, following his 6-under 64 on Thursday with rounds of 69-70-73 to claim the one-shot victory, his second win in his last four starts.
- In between Clark's victories on Sunday and last month’s THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson, he also finished third (The Memorial) and T11 (RBC Canadian Open).
- Following Sunday’s victory, Clark now ranks 11th on TOUR in Strokes Gained: Approach (+0.567 per round average) and 15th in SG: Around the Green (+0.352).
- After his tournament-winning par on the last, Clark topped a leaderboard that featured nine Titleist golf ball players in the top 10:
10 WINS FOR PRO V1, PRO V1x PLAYERS OVER LAST 10 WEEKS ON PGA TOUR
- Clark’s victory at Shinnecock Hills made it 10 wins for Pro V1 and Pro V1x players over the last 10 weeks on the PGA TOUR, extending a streak that dates back to April 19.
- Among those 10 victories are two major championships and four PGA TOUR signature events:

- “Honestly, one of the most important things in a player’s bag is the golf ball. If you don’t have control of that, then it doesn’t matter how you’re swinging, how the clubs are made, whatever. The golf ball is so important, and that’s ultimately what goes into the hole. Having faith and trusting your golf ball is huge.”
- “I play [Pro V1x] because it’s kind of the perfect combination for me of launch and spin. … I'm a low spin player, I have a lot of speed, but I don't spin the ball very much. And the Pro V1x, especially with my irons and driver, spins at the numbers that I want. Also, I think it's great around the greens. So I’ve always been looking for spin. My favorite shot to hit with this is probably that mid-to-low height spinner. And on tour I feel like we use this shot a lot – where it's medium, not that much green to work with and you need it to stop quick. And the Pro V1x does that every time.
- “So the Pro V1x is a touch firmer and has a little more click to it, but I played this ball my whole life and that's what I'm used to and that's what I like. And the great thing about this ball is when I hit it good and I flush it off the face, I know exactly how it's going to come out and it reacts the same every single time.”
- “So on the PGA TOUR, distance and control is the most important thing I'd say. And we've gotten so good at the game and we know exactly how far the ball's going. And to be able to hit an iron consistently within one to three yards every single time is really important. - “For example, I hit a stock nine iron about 165 yards, give or take a yard or two, which is really important because if I have 165 yards to a pin, I know it's perfect. But then also you have a lot of shots that are off speed. And I know if I take off about five to seven yards on my swing and my pace, that the ball’s going to react that way. And that's so important because it's very rare that you have the same distance every single time and you need to be able to adjust. And this golf ball does everything you need.”
- “First time I played a Titleist golf ball, I was very young, I want to say maybe around 10 or 11 years old. And I went to a really prestigious golf club in Colorado and they had Pro V1’s on the range and I remember hitting wedge shots that hit and spun back and that was the first time I experienced spin like that with a golf ball. TITLEIST IS #1 BALL AT U.S. OPEN FOR 78th STRAIGHT YEAR; MOST PLAYED DRIVER, IRON, WEDGE
- For the 78th consecutive year, Titleist was the #1 ball at the U.S. Open, as the overwhelming majority of competitors at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club — including champion Wyndham Clark, and nine of the top 10 finishers — played a Pro V1 or Pro V1x.
- The streak, which dates back to the 1949 U.S. Open at Medinah Country Club, continued this week with 107 players (69%) teeing up a Titleist golf ball, more than six times the nearest competitor (17).
- Titleist was also the field’s most played driver (36%), iron (31%) and wedge (47%).
- Overall, Titleist was the most played iron at Shinnecock with 48 sets in play (31%), nearly double the next closest brand with 26.
- Vokey wedges were also the field’s top choice with 217 gap, sand and lob wedges in play (47%).
LOW AMS, EVERY AMATEUR WHO MADE CUT AT SHINNECOCK PLAYED TITLEIST GOLF BALL
- All five amateurs who made the cut this week at Shinnecock Hills played a Titleist golf ball, including the two players who tied for low amateur honors.
- Jackson Koivun, who will make his professional debut in two weeks at the John Deere Classic, tied for low am gaming a Pro V1 golf ball and full bag of Titleist golf clubs.
- The other low am gamed a Pro V1x golf ball, GT2 hybrid and T100 irons.
- Eighteen of the 20 amateurs who teed it up this week at the U.S. Open played a Pro V1 or Pro V1x golf ball.

KPGA | Hana Bank Invitational
Titleist Brand Ambassador Yubin Jang closed in 5-under 66 to win in back-to-back weeks on the KPGA and capture his fifth career title.
- Jang, whose all-Titleist setup includes his Pro V1x golf ball, NEW GTS3 driver and NEW GTS300 mini driver, leads the KPGA’s Genesis Points Rankings.
- Of the top 12 finishers, nine were playing a Pro V1 or Pro V1x golf ball as well as Vokey SM11 wedges, while six were playing a Titleist driver.
- Four of the top five were playing a Scotty Cameron putter.

SUNSHINE TOUR | KCM Golf Challenge
Titleist Brand Ambassador Samuel Simpson finished eagle-birdie to post 18 under and win his third Sunshine Tour title by one shot.
- Simpson went low over the weekend, making 14 birdies and an eagle en route to rounds of 64-66.
- The victory marks Simpson’s second of 2026, having won the Mediclinic Invitational in April. He now leads the Sunshine Tour Order of Merit.

Titleist Brand Ambassador Kyorim Seo won her second KLPGA title in three starts, making birdies on Nos. 15 and 16 on Sunday to clinch the two-shot victory.

This week’s winner on the JLPGA (Pro V1) made birdie on the 7th playoff hole to capture her eighth career victory.
- Highlighted by a back-nine 30 on Sunday that featured six birdies, she posted rounds of 70-70-63 with a total of 16 birdies.
- Her closing 9-under 63 to force extra holes was the low round of the tournament.
LADIES EUROPEAN TOUR | Dutch Ladies Open
The winner of the Dutch Ladies Open (Pro V1) made birdie on the first playoff hole to secure her first career LET title.
- She carded a flawless, bogey-free 66 on Sunday to post 9 under before winning in extra holes.
AMATEUR | The Amateur Championship
The winner of The Amateur Championship — playing a Pro V1x golf ball and setup that includes his NEW GTS3 driver, Vokey design wedges and Scotty Cameron putter — prevailed by one hole in the 36-hole match play final to become the first Irishman to claim the title since 2019.
- On the par-5 26th hole of the day, the champion stuck his approach to within five feet and rolled it in for eagle to take the lead for good.
- With the win, the champion will receive exemptions into The 154th Open at Royal Birkdale and the 2027 US Open at Pebble Beach as well as an invitation to the 2027 Masters Tournament.
- In total, 234 players out of 288 (81%) teed up the #1 ball in golf this week at Royal Liverpool — more than 11 times the nearest competitor.
- More of the elite amateur field also put their trust in the performance of Titleist drivers (43%), fairways (33%), utilities (45%), irons (38%), Vokey wedges (44%) and Scotty Cameron putters (29%) than any other brand.
AMATEUR | Sunnehanna Amateur
Gaming a Pro V1x golf ball and setup that includes his Titleist irons, Vokey wedges and Scotty Cameron putter, the winner of the Sunnehanna Amateur shot three rounds of 69 or lower – 65-66-69 – to post 10 under and win by one shot.
- He made 14 birdies over the course of the week.
- The champion was one of 82 players out of the 97-player field (85%) who teed up a Pro V1 or Pro V1x golf ball for the week.
- Titleist was also the most played driver (36%), utilities (62%), iron (36%) and wedge (54%).
