It really does work for me, I love the feel of the t150 shorter irons, but also like the forgiveness of the t200 for the longer irons. It really is very helpful to be able to buy a blended set and have the flexibility.

Forum Post: NEW Titleist GTS Drivers and Fairways (Official Discussion)

The wait is over. I would venture to guess that because I’ve been playing golf for almost 40 years now, I’ve well surpassed the 10,000 hours mark. I’ve probably surpassed that mark going down the YouTube golf swing rabbit hole alone! I’m excited to see your progress. I am consistently shooting 80-85 currently, my last 5 rounds have been 82 and one round of 78 so far this season. I agree with Erich and have found that the difference maker is definitely 100 and in, and avoiding trouble and penalties off the tee. I’m carding about 1-2 double bogeys a round, that’s 4 strokes right there, keep the card free if doubles and work on your short game, you’ll get there fast! Best of luck!

Forum Post: , “

I had just gotten paired up with three guys I’d never met before. You know how that goes — the awkward “what’s up,” trying to remember names, everybody acting chill but secretly judging each other’s swings on the first tee. By the time we got to Hole 4, I was finally loosening up. It was a 153-yard par 3, pin tucked a little in the back. Wind was calm. I pulled my pitching wedge, and one of the guys kinda looked at me like, “PW from 153?” I just smiled and stepped up. The swing felt perfect the second I hit it. Pure contact. That soft click right out of the center. The ball launched high, dead straight at the flag. Suddenly everybody got quiet watching it. “Go… go…” one of the guys said. The ball landed about a foot past the hole, took one hop, spun back hard, and disappeared. For a second nobody said anything because we couldn’t tell if it actually dropped. Then one guy started yelling, “NO WAY THAT WENT IN!” and we all took off toward the green. I was trying to act calm, but my heart was pounding. Walking up to the cup felt unreal. Sure enough, we got there and my ball was sitting at the bottom of the hole. First hole-in-one. 153 yards. Pitching wedge. In front of three random guys I’d met like 45 minutes earlier. The craziest part was how fast everything changed. On the first tee we were strangers. By the time we finished the round, it felt like I’d known them for years because we kept replaying the shot over and over. Every few holes one of them would just randomly say, “I still can’t believe that thing spun in.” www.titleist.com/.../ermepgjclazd7jdrgo0r

Forum Post: RE: New Titleist GTS Drivers: What has you most excited to try it?

I think that's the nice thing about the 2 year cycle. Some companies are releasing new drivers every year and you see that they don't measure up, as their players are playing previous years models. You don't tend to see Titleist players do that as much, because it seems that they spend the time and research to get the improvements right.

Forum Post: Forum/Icons aren't loading properly

Not sure if I'm the only one experiencing this, but the icons and certain functions of the forum and website are not loading or working properly for me. I'm the GM at Russellville Country Club. I've been around golf my entire life. I made my first hole in one ever on Friday, May 8th 2026. Hole number 4 at RCC. That day the pin was in the front of the green. We could see the flag, but couldn't see the hole from the tee box. It was playing 158 with a pretty good head wind into us. I hit about a 3/4 eight iron. (I play T150s and a Pro V1 X left dash). We all felt like it was a good shot somewhere on the front of the green, but couldn't see it from the tee. We were in a pretty heated wolf game and I was picking on that hole. Didn't know it went in, so I went ahead and picked the next guy who had one in the middle of the green. We get down to the green and were looking around for my ball. One of my buddies yells, "there's one in the hole!" It was pretty exciting. www.titleist.com/.../qnvclcfwpyw2rymjpawv www.titleist.com/.../bz0hqgwxeznmfaqfiwsh

Forum Post: RE: Dad’s Message!

This is so great!! Happened at Cranston Country Club in Cranston RI. Hole #8, island green. Back pin playing 137, hit a pitching wedge and a Titleist Truefeel ( didn’t want to lose a Pro v in the water..lol). It was kind of dark and just saw the ball disappear. My playing group we were all wondering if it went in the hole or in the water. As approaching the green I knew it was in the hole. What a great feeling, walking up to the hole and seeing my Titleist ball in it. I shared a picture, of course I was prepared to drop one if the ball wasn’t in the hole so had my putter and wedge.. didn’t want to look too cocky that I just hit the best shot of my life! www.titleist.com/.../zsyw39vkay5t7dh6cx6y

Forum Post: RE: Northern Michigan

You're in for a treat for sure!! Marquette is my hometown and I make it a point to get back to golf Greywalls at least once every season. They broke the mold after building that track. My profile pic is me putting on Hole 5 which I view as the signature hole on the course. True risk/reward driveable Par 4 with a sheer granite face guarding the entire right side of the green and more rock outcrop guarding the left side. Marc Gilmore - Director of Golf Operations is an outstanding person and will certainly provide some great insights to a first-time visitor. I was randomly paired with another golfer and we were enjoying a lovely afternoon. On the Par 3 8th hole, I took a 7-iron and was 176 yards from the pin. I knew I had hit it well as soon as it came off the club. The sun was shining right over the green, so I lost the ball once I saw it hit the green and begin to roll. As we walked closer to the pin, I realized I couldn't see the ball. I figured it had rolled off the back. I ran up to the green and couldn't believe my eyes as I looked in the hole! My first ever hole-in-one! Unbeknownst to me, my playing partner took a picture of my tee shot. I've included that and a few others. I was using a Pro V1 with the NBC logo on it. Which is an 18 hole spectacle in itself. Also, they have the cradle par 3 course at Pinehurst and usually is not an issue to get a tee time to play the par 3 course. I'm driving 2 hours for the trip, so it's definitely worth the little over an hour drive. Hole by hole, are you falling down because course management problems (bad target selection, incorrect risk assessment, undertaking too many hero shots, etc.), your putting (missing makeable putts 4-8 ft, three putts, etc.), your short game (getting up and down, chipping from off the green, poor bunker play, etc.), your irons play (accurate execution to needed yardage, missing the green, short siding or leaving the ball on wrong side of the hole, etc.), poor driving (too much dispersion, missing the fairway, incorrect placement - wrong side of the fairway, etc.)? My suggestion is that you first assess your skills against the best competition that you can find before ever committing to playing on a pro tour. An accurate way to perform this type of assessment and, at the same time, build up your tournament readiness is to qualify for and compete in high level regional and national amateur events. Some examples: 1. Plan to qualify and play in the state amateur championship for your state and those of the surrounding states in your region of the Country. 2. Sign up play for qualification to play in the US Amateur, and then (if you do qualify), go for it --- you are off to play against some of the best. How many state and /or championships did you qualify for? Where did you finish in each of these events against the field? How many events did you win or were you in the mix to win? Do this will give you fun and very challenging way to get a truly honest answer about how you would perform if you take the next step and decide to pursue a career in competitive golf as a professional..

Forum Post: Links legend vs player 5

Hey everyone, I have the players 5 and I am looking for something with a little more room in the top for clubs and maybe a little better storage.
