Although I know this ball has been rather difficult to get since gaining popularity and with limited Titleist drops, I have been fortunate to switch into the Left Dot ball since March of this year and I am beyond impressed on how much of a clear difference this ball has made. My trajectory, driver spin, and dispersion with my irons have all noticeably changed for the better. Given the additional 4-7 yards roll out off the tee and more penetrating flight through the wind, I am going to credit the golf ball. Lastly, I prefer the softer feel of this ball compared to the ultra-firm feeling left dash.

I am wondering if anyone else has had experience of playing this ball and if so, what are your thoughts? Also got a white box today of 2027 ProV1s that I am excited to test drive!

The holy grail of the premium Titleist balls. Have not gotten the opportunity the hit them yet. Have played every one of the premium Titleist balls except this one and hoping to get my hands on a dozen by the end of the year. Love the results I get from the Prov1 at my level. I play for the love of the game. Being a PGA member increases your chances.

I agree with you on the Left Dot. After testing it against the current Pro V1, Pro V1x, and Left Dash, it has ended up being the best option for my game. I’ve noticed the same more penetrating ball flight, especially off the driver, along with some additional distance. With the Left Dot I’ve hit some of my longest drives, and I’ve also gained a few extra yards throughout the bag. What I really like is that I’m getting those benefits without giving up much around the greens, as the greenside control has been very similar to the standard Pro V1 for me. I also prefer the feel of the Left Dot over the firmer Left Dash. I’d definitely pick up more if Titleist does another release, but with the 2027 Pro V1 lineup coming next year, I’m not necessarily counting on another Left Dot drop anytime soon. Hopefully I’m wrong, because it’s been a great combination of distance, flight, feel, and control for my game and I will always advocate for this ball to be a permanent release.
